This city is a list-appointed location in the county of Miami-Dade, FL, USA. As of July 2020 statistics, the supreme population of the region is 58,511. The city has a full-scale surface zone of 4.4 square miles of land, and 0.1 square miles of water.

The mainland neighborhood gets its name from the famous Miami Beach resort. In 1970, Ben Novack, the town's initial owner, grew jealous of Doris and Alfred Kaskel's plans in Doral and wanted to perform his planned golf course, resort, and city. It was to be known as the city’s own Park today.

The organization Trafalgar Developers would go on to improve the community under the "Fontainebleau" name, but no link to the famous hotel would ever be stated in or promotional materials when the community opened in the '70s.

The Eastern portion of the community is vigorously intended for townhouses and condominiums, the Western bit of the network notwithstanding "TownHomes", Single-Family Homes, and "Nursery Homes".
