Situated in the core of Florida's Treasure Coast, it is a city on the Atlantic shore in the county of Palm Beach of southern Florida. As of the 2020 statistics, the city has a massive population of 197,907. Its area includes a land territory of 113.87 square miles and a water territory of 1.62 square miles.
The city is a developing metropolitan territory that has not lost a feeling of "the genuine-Florida." Southeast of the middle of the city, the streams of the North Fork St. Lucie Aquatic Preserve are home to manatees, stream otters, egrets, and crocodiles.

The city’s Botanical Gardens highlights territories dedicated to orchids, bamboo, and local plants, just as butterflies and hummingbirds. The Riverwalk Boardwalk twists through close by mangroves.
The recreational section of the city is witnessed at the Fort Pierce Jai-Alai & Poker which is one of the existing Florida jai-alai frontals.
