COVID-19 Service Update: All of our vehicles receive a thorough cleaning of interior surfaces with a bleach-based disinfectant or an alcohol solution (minimum of 70% alcohol) before and after each trip. Each chauffeur has completed a COVID-19 training training course specifically designed to take them through all necessary steps to thoroughly disinfect a vehicle to combat the spread of the disease. Vehicle amenities are limited to individual hand sanitizers. Water is available only upon request to limit contact between passengers and chauffeurs.
Rates shown on a reservation confirmation are ESTIMATES ONLY. Wait time, extra stops are added accordingly. The driver's gratuity (20%) is added automatically
Wedding cancellations and HOLIDAYS such as New Years, sporting events, Prom, Homecoming, etc.., cancellation must be received fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled pick up date. to avoid 100% cancellation fee
All reservations cancelled 24 hrs after the reservation is made, will incur 100% of the charges, no exception to this rule, unless a new reservation is made to replace the cancelled the reservation
Excessive cleaning will incur a $250 fee
All our vehicles are 100% smoke free
Late Night / Early Morning bookings, A charge of $39.00 will be applied to the trip total in which the pickup or drop off occurs between the hours of 12:00am and 7:00am.
Wait time past 15 minutes each hour, will incur a full hourly rate or transfer rate
For weddings only, any time change or pick address modification made 24 hours before the service, will incur a $200 charge per change per reservation
Wedding, sweet sixteen and Quinceanera's Transfers only, no beverages will be provided
